Now Hiring - Automotive Internet Sales Coordinator in Wake Forest, NC

Job Duties:
Act as the essential communications link between the client and the dealership
Receive inbound and make outbound sales calls
Monitor leads for all departments and ensure that they have been answered within a
timely manner (20-minutes for first response)
Monitor and verify website inventory is being properly merchandised on individual
websites as well on other lead provider websites (Autotrader, [please apply online] Craigslist)
Social Media Management, Monitor your stores posting on Facebook and Twitter, Post
common articles utilizing Hoot Suite
Provide monthly campaign reporting for the marketing campaigns
Point of contact for CRM tool and educate personnel on how to enter new employees
into the system

Job Requirements
Automotive BDC experience preferred
This position will require day/evening and Saturday flexibility
Intermediate internet and computer skills needed
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Keyboard skills and proficiency in Word and Excel
